Perth 造幣局, ACC 調印する （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） 取引，協定
Perth 造幣局 says a new 協定 許すing the Australian 罪，犯罪 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 接近 to 文書s is not 関係のある to any 調査.
The 接近 （機の）カム through an 協定 between 連邦の 法務大臣 Michael Keenan and WA 首相 Colin Barnett, gazetted on Friday.
Gold 会社／団体, which uses the 貿易（する）ing 指名する Perth 造幣局, buys the 本体，大部分／ばら積みの of gold 鉱石 produced in WA and 精製するs it into 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業s and coins for sale.
The 協定 gives the ACC 力／強力にするs to "request or 要求する （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）, 文書s or things 関連した to an ACC 調査-操作／手術 held by a ... 明言する／公表する or 領土 機関".
It will enable ACC examiners to request 文書s relating to Gold 会社／団体, WA 造幣局, GoldCorp Australia and 子会社s.
The 文書s relate to account 支えるもの／所有者s, 処理／取引 histories and staff 詳細（に述べる）s 含むing "（警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） 付随するing to 主張s of 正直さ 問題／発行するs arising during 雇用".
Gold 会社／団体's 経営者／支配人 of 法人組織の／企業の governance David Koch told AAP it was a "formal co-operative 協定" for the 交流 of （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） in any 未来 ACC 調査 伴う／関わるing the 会社／団体.
"It has not been 設立するd in 返答 to any 明確な／細部 ACC 調査," Mr Koch said.
