Fishermen 注目する，もくろむ 上院 seat over トロール船s
A group of Tasmanian fishermen 失望させるd by what they say is a 欠如（する） of 活動／戦闘 by the 連邦の 政府 to 限界 the 操作／手術s of 最高の-トロール船s, 計画（する） to 登録（する） their own 政党 and take their fight to Canberra.
Hobart-based Kevin Harkins on Thursday 明らかにする／漏らすd 計画（する）s to form the Australian Recreational Fishers Party in 準備 to run upper house 候補者s at the 2016 連邦の 選挙.
"Tony Abbott doesn't seem to care about the level of community 対立 to 最高の トロール船s so this is the next step we are trying to get him to listen," Mr Harkins told AAP.
"It's going to be a political ロビー group but we are going to 登録（する） as a 政党 and if we don't get 適する change before the next 選挙 we will consider running 候補者s."
Mr Harkins is 確信して the group will attract the 550 members needed to 登録（する） the party, with some 120,000 recreational fishers in Tasmania.
"We are 決定するd to do whatever it takes to 安全な・保証する the 未来 of the recreational fishing 産業 in Tasmania," he said.
The move comes after Seafish Tasmania in April 契約d 95-metre factory fishing トロール船, the Geelong 星／主役にする, to operate in waters off Western Australia.
The 大型船 is under the 130-metre 連邦の 政府 限界 on トロール船s and is permitted to catch 16,500 tonnes of red bait, jack mackerel and sardines.
Mr Harkins said he and his 同僚s do not believe （人命などを）奪う，主張するs by 最高の トロール船 操作者s that their 運ぶ／漁獲高s are for human 消費, instead believing they are used as 料金d.
He wants to see 法律制定 that 課すs 限界s on a number of 最高の-トロール船 practices, not just the size of the ship.
The 連邦の 政府 has defended the 現在の 限界s on トロール船s and says the Geelong 星／主役にする 会合，会うs each 必要物／必要条件.
