Foreigners who have bought Australian 所有物／資産／財産s without proper 是認 have until the end of November to come 今後 or 直面する 堅い 刑罰，罰則s, under a 厳重取締 on foreign 所有物／資産／財産 投資.
Those new 刑罰，罰則s 含む 罰金s of more than $100,000 and up to three years 刑務所，拘置所 for individuals and 罰金s of more than $600,000 for companies.
They will 適用する to foreign 買い手s and those who 容易にする 違法な 所有物／資産／財産 sales, 含むing developers and real 広い地所 スパイ／執行官s.
The 一括 発表するd on Saturday also 含むs a 範囲 of new 料金s for all foreign 取得／買収 使用／適用s and new lower thresholds for foreign 購入（する）s of 田舎の land ($15 million, 負かす／撃墜する from $252 million) and agribusiness ($55 million, 負かす／撃墜する from $252 million).
総理大臣 Tony Abbott said there were 支配するs controlling foreign 取得／買収 of real 広い地所 but they weren't 存在 施行するd, without a 選び出す／独身 起訴 or divestment order under Labor.

Under the new 政権, there'll be better 施行 through transferring 居住の real 広い地所 機能（する）／行事s from the Foreign 投資 Review Board to the better-資源d Australian 課税 Office.
It will be able to use its 広範囲にわたる data-matching systems to identify possible 違反s.
Mr Abbott said there was no 疑問 foreigners 不法に buying into the 存在するing 居住の 所有物／資産／財産 market were 運動ing up prices.
"We want to 確実にする that 地元のs are getting a fair go, that the playing field is at least level and, if possible, わずかに 攻撃するd に向かって the 地元のs," he told reporters in Sydney.
