Aust 始める，決める to 延長する Afghan 使節団
Australia will almost certainly join the US in 延長するing the long-running 使節団 in Afghanistan which is 直面するing a growing 脅し from the Taliban and Islamic 明言する／公表する 謀反のs.
総理大臣 Malcolm Turnbull says the US 決定／判定勝ち（する） to leave thousands of 軍隊／機動隊s in Afghanistan beyond the end of the 現在の Resolute Support 使節団 recognises the reality of the 状況／情勢 in the field.
That was 劇的な 論証するd when the northeastern city of Kunduz fell to Taliban 軍隊s in a 事柄 of hours earlier in October.
Mr Turnbull will discuss Australia's 使節団 in Afghanistan with 外務大臣 Julie Bishop and Defence 大臣 Marise Payne when they return に引き続いて 最高の，を越す-level Australia-US 大臣の 会談 in Boston earlier this week.
"We will work very closely with the US, we will consider the 決定／判定勝ち（する） they have taken," he told reporters in Sydney on Friday.

Most are in the 資本／首都 Kabul 供給するing advice and 援助 to the Afghan 国家の Army, principally at the ANA Officer 学院.
A long-running 仕事 ended on October 1 with the 結論 of the 使節団 advising 指揮官s of the ANA's Kandahar-based 205 軍団, a 軍隊 of 20,000 軍隊／機動隊s responsible for much of the 安全 in the country's south.
Just a handful of Australians remain in Kandahar.
In the 告示 in Washington 夜通し, 大統領 Barack Obama said 9800 軍隊／機動隊s would remain through most of next year, 減ずるing to 5500 in 2017.
Their 使節団, training and support of Afghan 安全 軍隊s and 反対する-テロ行為 操作／手術s, won't change.
The 決定／判定勝ち（する） wasn't 予期しない. US 公式の／役人s have often said they don't want to see a repeat of Iraq where 安全 速く 悪化するd に引き続いて the 撤退 of US 軍隊s in 2011.

US 長官 of defence Ash Carter said Australia had been with the US from day one, in both 戦闘 and support of Afghan 軍隊s.

上院議員 Payne said Afghan 安全 軍隊s had made enormous strides.
"Notwithstanding that, there is of course more to do," she said.
