Women in tech must become the "norm"
Australia's new 女性（の） tech entrepreneurs are 存在 held 支援する by a 欠如（する） of women 役割 models and sexism in the 部門.

"I cannot say how wonderful it is for someone who has lived in Sydney all my life to see this 革新 start up ecosystem develop as quickly as it did," Mrs Turnbull said.

"Basic coding should be made a 優先 at a younger age in school," she said.
Nikki Durkin, 創立者 of fashion app 99dresses, says women need to be encouraged to take an 利益／興味 in coding and building 金物類／武器類 themselves.
"If you look at all the very sexy tech start ups 創立者s like Steve 職業s and 示す Zuckerburg... those start ups a lot of the time were started in their garage building stuff and girls aren't exposed to that, and that's going to perpetuate the 問題／発行する."
While coding is in the 国家の curriculum, more needs to be done in encourage teachers to be 井戸／弁護士席 詩（を作る）d in the topic to 奮起させる more students, Mr Roy told AAP.
"You don't want someone with no experience in coding, teaching coding," he said.
"It's not just the tech 技術s but the entrepreneurial spirit, and in both of those veins you need to find who is the best at doing that in the 私的な 部門 and how can the 政府 enable them to do it."
