申し立てられた／疑わしい Queensland 殺害者 changed story
A Brisbane 財政上の 助言者 試みる／企てるd to portray his 関係 with a （弁護士の）依頼人 as normal before admitting to 殺人，大当り him, a 法廷，裁判所 has heard.
Trung The Ma withheld from police for more than two hours that he had bludgeoned Huegio Bonham to death with a 大打撃を与える in an interview played to a Brisbane 最高裁判所 陪審／陪審員団.
That was until he was asked why his car was parked in Mr Bonham's Gold Coast driveway on February 3, 2014.
"I'm in big trouble," Ma muttered in the interview.
Ma would later 自白する to bludgeoning 63-year-old Mr Bonham to death with a 大打撃を与える and hiding his 団体／死体 in 貯蔵 after their 商売／仕事 関係 soured.
But he has pleaded not 有罪の to 殺人 on mental health grounds.
His defence lawyer argues his 責任／義務 for 殺人，大当り Mr Bonham was 減らすd because his 明言する／公表する of mind was altered over 恐れるs of the 崩壊（する） of his 商売／仕事.
But 検察官，検事s 拒絶するd his 有罪の 嘆願 to the lesser 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 of 過失致死, 主張するing Ma 殺人d Mr Bonham, a spiritual healer, because it would be discovered he was defrauding him of $700,000.
Ma 最初 told police his 関係 with Mr Bonham was normal but 支配する to the ups-and-負かす／撃墜するs of the 株 market.
He said he was in 会合s at the time of the 殺人，大当り on February 3.
