SA 殺し屋 刑務所，拘置所d for at least 24 years
A South Australian man who was stabbed and stomped to death had a fruitcake placed on his 長，率いる as his 殺し屋 sought to その上の demean him, a 法廷，裁判所 has heard.
David Saunders, 59, was attacked at a home at Hayborough, south of Adelaide, in February last year, 苦しむing at least six blows to the 長，率いる and two を刺す 負傷させるs.

The stomping was so 厳しい it fractured the 犠牲者's skull.
"Mr Saunders was not a 強健な man...he was 明確に no match for a person of your size and a person in your underlying 怒り／怒る," the 裁判官 told Talbot in 宣告，判決ing.
"Your behaviour on the day of the 感情を害する／違反するing and 主要な up to the 殺人 was belligerent, domineering and いじめ（る）ing.
"For 推論する／理由s that are unknown you savagely and viciously attacked a man who had done you no 害（を与える）.
"You then demeaned him by placing a fruitcake upon his 長，率いる."
Outside the 法廷，裁判所, the dead man's family said they were happy with the 宣告，判決.
In a previous 犠牲者 衝撃 声明, Mr Saunders' daughter Stephanie said her only feelings に向かって Talbot were 怒り／怒る and hate.
"You violently killed my dad, you stomped on him, you strangled him, you stabbed him and you （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 him with 反対するs from around the room," she said.
"He lay motionless and you still continued to stomp and （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 him, letting him bleed out from his ears with a fruitcake on his 長，率いる.
"To 追加する to that you sat 支援する drinking, thinking you were a big man, 誇るing how you stomped on the c***."
Talbot had 認める 過失致死 before the 裁判，公判, but his 有罪の 嘆願 was not 受託するd by the 栄冠を与える.
司法（官） Lovell said no （疑いを）晴らす 動機 had been 申し込む／申し出d for the 殺人，大当り but Talbot had been drinking ひどく on the day.
He also 明らかにする／漏らすd Talbot had a 31-year 犯罪の history, mostly for dishonesty and 麻薬 offences
