Mum of 溺死するd boys to 直面する Qld 法廷，裁判所
The mother of two young boys who 溺死するd in a swollen river is 推定する／予想するd to 直面する a 法廷，裁判所 in north Queensland.
Leanne Eatts, 47, was 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 過失致死 on Friday after the 団体／死体s of her sons Barak Austral, 5, and Jhulio Sariago, 3, were 設立する 潜水するd in Townsville's Ross River.
The brothers wandered off from their home late in the afternoon on February 25.
Flooding had 原因（となる）d havoc in Townsville earlier in the month and the river was still high and dangerous.

On Friday, 探偵，刑事 Dave Miles said Ms Eatts was 単独で 責任がある her sons' preventable deaths on the day the boys wandered off alone and 溺死するd.

"Certainly their deaths under appropriate parental 監督 would have been 回避するd."
Det Miles said it was not an 孤立するd event but a "systemic behaviour" by their mother and the 欠如（する） of 監督.
Police are also 調査／捜査するing if 麻薬s or alcohol were factors in the boys' deaths.
Eatts will 直面する Townsville 治安判事 法廷，裁判所 on Saturday on 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s which also 含む 麻薬 trafficking 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s 含むing 供給（する）ing dangerous 麻薬s to a minor.
The 供給（する）ing 麻薬s to a minor 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 is not 関係のある to the two boys.
