年輩の fraudster loses 国外追放 fight
An 年輩の man who cheated Centrelink out of almost $90,000 has lost his fight against 国外追放 にもかかわらず arguing his 厳しく autistic Australian son needs him.
Michael Boghdadi Asaad, 80, had his ビザ cancelled after 存在 刑務所,拘置所d in 2016 for receiving 福利事業 支払い(額)s over seven years on the 誤った basis he was born in Australia.
Asaad arrived in the country in the 1980s using a Canadian パスポート but was able to 伸び(る) a late 登録 birth 証明書 which 明言する/公表するd he was born in New Norfolk in Tasmania.
That enabled him to get an Australian パスポート which he used to receive $89,161.44 from Centrelink in 2002-09.
He was 罪人/有罪を宣告するd after a Brisbane 地区 法廷,裁判所 裁判,公判 and 宣告,判決d to three-and-a-half years in 刑務所,拘置所 for what prosectors labelled a "calculated and sophisticated and 決定するd 詐欺".

Asaad fought his 国外追放 on the grounds it was "unreasonably 厳しい".

He will remain in 移民/移住 拘留,拘置 until he is 国外追放するd.
