Two 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d over SA 刑務所，拘置所 昇格 乱用
Two men have been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with colluding to corrupt the tender and 調達 過程 for a $150 million redevelopment of Adelaide's Yatala 労働 刑務所，拘置所.
A 40-year-old, who is a 上級の (n)役員／(a)執行力のある with the Department for Correctional Services, and a 47-year-old were 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with two counts of 乱用 of public office and one count of 贈収賄 or 汚職 of a public officer.
The 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s follow a long-running 調査 by South Australia's 独立した・無所属 Commissioner Against 汚職 Bruce Lander.
Both men were 保釈（金）d to appear in Adelaide 治安判事s 法廷，裁判所 on August 21.
In a 声明 on Monday Mr Lander said it would be 申し立てられた／疑わしい that between June 2018 and July 2019, the pair colluded to corrupt the tender 過程 for the 刑務所，拘置所 redevelopment to financially 利益 themselves.
He said the 調査 was 現在進行中の and その上の 逮捕（する）s and 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s were possible.
"I believe there are people in the 商売／仕事 部門 who were 伴う／関わるd in the 最近の tender 過程 for the Yatala 労働 刑務所，拘置所 Redevelopment 管理／経営 契約, and other persons who were 伴う／関わるd in a 最近の 表現 of 利益／興味 過程 for the modular design of 刑務所，拘置所 独房s, who are aware of the public officer's 申し立てられた／疑わしい activities," Mr Lander said.
"I 推定する／予想する that those members of the 商売／仕事 部門 will co-operate with the 現在進行中の 調査."
The Department for Correctional Services said the officer 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d had been directed to remain absent from work and had been advised he would be 一時停止するd from 義務.
"The 申し立てられた／疑わしい 感情を害する／違反するing is of serious 関心 to the department and the DCS is 協力するing fully and 補助装置ing the commissioner with his 調査," a spokesperson said.
The department is also working closely with the Department of Planning, 輸送（する） and 組織／基盤／下部構造 to review the 調達 過程 for the 刑務所，拘置所 事業／計画（する） to 確実にする its 正直さ and probity.
