Woman says 老年の home care system is broken
The system that is meant to help older Australians remain in their homes is broken and no one cares, a woman says.
Gwenda Darling has 繰り返して complained about the 質 of home care services she receives, with little result.
"I think the home care system is broken and it seems 全く unregulated," Ms Darling told the 老年の care 王室の （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 on Wednesday.
"The providers are running a 解放する／自由な-for-all system."
Ms Darling said she 手配中の，お尋ね者 to remain in her 地域の NSW home, but without good home care and "honest providers", would not be able to do so.

"As a home care （弁護士の）依頼人, I feel like no one cares."
The 66-year-old has had four different service providers since she was first 認可するd for a home care 一括 in January 2017.

She receives a lower-level 一括 while she waits, getting daily personal care 含むing にわか雨ing, meal 準備, 輸送（する） to 医療の 任命s and きれいにする.
The Aboriginal woman has dementia, epilepsy and other 医療の 問題／発行するs that 含む an 無（不）能 to 効果的に use her 手渡すs and 制限するd movement in her shoulder and 肘.
Ms Darling now manages her home care 一括 herself with another provider, 許すing her to chose her own 労働者s and 支払う／賃金 lower 料金s.
Ms Darling said she felt like no one cared about the waste of 基金s in home care.
"It annoys me because it is 政府 money but also my money."
