Care assessor '圧力d to alter 報告（する）／憶測'
独立した・無所属 assessors who 診察するd several 許可／制裁d Bupa 老年の homes have told a 王室の （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 they were 圧力d to alter a 報告（する）／憶測 and felt the provider was not open to scrutiny.
顧問s 雇うd by Bupa said they were asked by lawyers 代表するing the company to 除去する the phrase "systemic" when referring to problems in their 報告（する）／憶測 into a South Hobart home.
"Bupa just didn't seem to like it," Bethia Wilson AM from Wilson and Webster Consultancy told the 調査 on Friday.
Ms Wilson said Bupa 手配中の，お尋ね者 the word systemic changed to "現れるing 主題s".
The consultancy 会社／堅い spoke with 居住（者）s of the 施設 and their families in November 2018 after the home was 攻撃する，衝突する with 許可／制裁s the previous month for not 従うing with 国家の care 基準s.
Ms Wilson said she and fellow 顧問 Penny Webster experienced staff 敵意 at the home.

"It was like a の近くにd shop. We run things here, we don't want outside scrutiny," she said.

"The 財政上の approach led to a very transactional approach," she said.
"The 見解（をとる） was that if you're giving a service that takes five minutes, let's see if we can make it three and half minutes and therefore we can save money.
"Time and time again we heard people don't even say hello, people don't engage with my parent or my loved one."
The 老年の Care Safety and 質 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 in October 2018 設立する the home had not met 32 of 44 care 結果s.
It reg ained accreditation in August of 2019.
"I put the word systemic in (the 報告（する）／憶測) because I kept seeing the same problems over and over again," Dr Webster said.
"There was a 欠如（する） of accountability, 欠如（する） of people 管理／経営 技術s, 欠如（する） of placing the 居住（者） as central to the 決定／判定勝ち（する）-making, and a 焦点（を合わせる） on 財政／金融s.
"To me that 示すd that there was a systemic problem."
Dr Webster said she got a strong impression from 居住（者）s that those who complained were labelled "troublemakers" which led to problems not 存在 報告（する）／憶測d.
The 施設 was one of nine Bupa 老年の care homes 許可／制裁d in the second half of 2018.
