Frydenberg 解任するs 災害 徴収する idea

"A one dollar 徴収する on 核心 oil and gas produced in Australia could raise $1.5 billion 毎年 - 必須の income for a 国家の 気候 災害 基金," the 学校/設ける's Richie Merzian told reporters.

But Treasurer Josh Frydenberg isn't 納得させるd.
