SA nurse 殺し屋 'slipped through 割れ目s'
A man with an 広範囲にわたる history of violent 性の 感情を害する／違反するing "slipped through the 割れ目s" before he 残酷に 強姦d and 殺人d outback nurse Gayle Woodford, the South Australian 副 検死官 has heard.
Ms Woodford's husband, Keith, says safety 問題／発行するs were 繰り返して raised with 管理／経営 but nurses were told "if you don't like it, leave".
The 56-year-old's 団体／死体 was 設立する buried in a 天然のまま 墓／厳粛／彫る／重大な three days after she went 行方不明の from her Fregon home, in SA's north, in 2016.
Dudley Davey subsequently pleaded 有罪の to her 強姦 and 殺人 and is serving a 最小限 32-year 刑務所，拘置所 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語.
It's believed Davey tricked Ms Woodford into 開始 a 安全 cage around her home and overpowered her as she walked to her 救急車.
開始 an 検死 into her death on Monday, counsel 補助装置ing Ahura Kalali said a "目録 of 失敗s" meant Davey "slipped through the 割れ目s" and was left unsupervised at the time of the 殺人.
He said Davey should have qualified for the 国家の child 違反者／犯罪者 登録（する） which would have 許すd police to 監視する and 株 （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about him.
The 検死 will also look into whether an 使用／適用 was made to 無期限に／不明確に 拘留する him, under a 法律 that locks up 違反者／犯罪者s unwilling to 支配（する）／統制する their 性の instincts.
Other 問題／発行するs to be 診察するd will be the 全体にわたる safety of remote area nurses and the presence of police in such communities.
An emotional Mr Woodford said his wife was "very safety conscious", but the nurses were 定期的に put in 状況／情勢s where they went alone to visit the homes of 患者s.

"That 声明 is disgusting," he said.

Mr Woodford said if the 法律s had been in place earlier, his wife's 殺人 would have been 妨げるd.
The 法廷，裁判所 also heard from Ms Woodford's 同僚 in Fregon, fellow nurse Belinda Schultz.
Ms Schultz said 医療の staff 遭遇（する）d 暴力／激しさ almost daily during their work.
"A day without an 出来事/事件 was a good day," she said.
