Man 刑務所，拘置所d over woman's 麻薬-負債 拷問
A Brisbane woman was bashed with a 迫撃砲 and pestle and 脅すd with death before 存在 bound and gagged during a night of 拷問 over a $1200 麻薬 負債.
Bradley James 列／漕ぐ／騒動, 47, didn't （打撃，刑罰などを）与える the 苦しむing on the woman in July 2018 but 収容する／認めるs he did nothing to stop Tammy Maree White doing so.
Their 犠牲者 結局 escaped the home she 株d with 列／漕ぐ／騒動 in Brisbane's Seventeen Mile 激しく揺するs and 設立する a 隣人, who called the police.
But not before White, then 42, kicked her in the 長，率いる, 押すd a cloth 負かす／撃墜する her throat and 軍隊d her to ひさまづく for hours in a bath while bound with an 電気の cable.
During the ordeal, White 攻撃する，衝突する the woman with a granite 迫撃砲 and pestle, kicked and punched her as she interrogated her about the money.
She also wrapped a hair straightener cord around the woman's neck and 強化するd it until she struggled to breathe before mocking her as she painted the 犠牲者's 直面する with 構成.
"The (woman) felt as though she was going to be killed," 検察官，検事 Chontelle Farnsworth said during 列／漕ぐ／騒動's 宣告，判決ing in the Brisbane 地区 法廷，裁判所 on Thursday.
She said 列／漕ぐ／騒動 ignored the 犠牲者's 嘆願s to call the police.
列／漕ぐ／騒動 later threw a 一面に覆う／毛布 over the woman before leaving her in a dark room.
"(He) said this is what happens when you f*** with 麻薬 money," Ms Farnsworth said.
Defence lawyer Simon 吊りくさび said his （弁護士の）依頼人 was "有罪の by inaction" when he was asked for help, which he had an 義務 to 供給する.
"It is serious 感情を害する／違反するing ... (but) I wouldn't want Your Honour to think he was willing or 示すd enthusiasm for this," he said.
"やめる 率直に, he thought White had gone mad ... but he had formed the 見解（をとる） it was in relation to a 麻薬 負債 and that it had nothing to do with him."
列／漕ぐ／騒動 pleaded 有罪の to deprivation of liberty, 武器s and 麻薬 offences.
He was 宣告，判決d to 12 months' 監禁，拘置, 一時停止するd after five months.
White was 刑務所，拘置所d for four years after pleading 有罪の to deprivation of liberty and 拷問 in May 2019.
