Perth man 刑務所，拘置所d for 強姦ing 年輩の woman
A man 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of 強姦ing a 攻撃を受けやすい and frail 年輩の woman after breaking into her Perth home has been 宣告，判決d to more than 17 years in 刑務所，拘置所.
Mugahed Adam Eldouma, 40, got into the 76-year-old 犠牲者's Armadale house in June 2018 through a window and sexually 強襲，強姦d her before 存在 apprehended and （人命などを）奪う，主張するing to police that he was the woman's carer.
In the 地区 法廷，裁判所 of WA on Thursday, Eldouma was 刑務所，拘置所d for 17 years and six months for the daytime attack which 裁判官 Bruce Goetze 述べるd as "appalling".
"The 明言する／公表する of the house probably 示すs that she was unable to really look after herself in the home," the 裁判官 said.
"And this really shows then her defencelessness which makes your 性の 感情を害する／違反するing all the more appalling."
The 犠牲者 has since died.
She managed to call ３倍になる-無 and 供給する her 演説（する）／住所 when Eldouma 辞退するd to leave but he still 固執するd with the attack, punching her in the 長，率いる and 団体／死体 before 繰り返して sexually 強襲，強姦ing her.
When police arrived and 逮捕（する）d him in the backyard, Eldouma told 多重の lies 含むing that he had a の近くに 関係 with the 犠牲者 and was like a son to her.
He did not 収容する／認める to committing the attack until the eve of his 宣告，判決ing.
裁判官 Goetze 公式文書，認めるd Eldouma had experienced 外傷／ショック during his しつけ in Sudan and had a long history of 実体 乱用.
But he said the 感情を害する／違反するing would have had a 重要な 衝撃 on the 犠牲者.
"With her age, she was 攻撃を受けやすい and unable to defend herself given her physical 病気s," 裁判官 Goetze said.
"She was alone, she was in her home where she せねばならない feel 安全な from any 干渉，妨害."
