'Stupid' 花火s lawyer 認めるd 保釈（金）
A Sydney lawyer has wept as his own barrister chastised him as 存在 "monumentally stupid" for 点火（する）ing a 炎 by throwing a 花火 into bushland at an inner-city park.
Christopher Sun, 34, was 始める，決める to be 解放する／自由なd from 刑務所，拘置所 after receiving 保釈（金） in the 最高裁判所 on Thursday. He 直面するs a string of 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s relating to the 出来事/事件 at St Peters on November 10 last year.
The 法廷，裁判所 heard that in the lead-up Sun had undertaken a course on 花火s which 伴う／関わるd learning about 解雇する／砲火／射撃 危険s and safety 警戒s.
"As someone who just 完全にするd a course and having been explained the importance of that and to go and light 花火s in a park it's 無謀な, idiotic," 栄冠を与える 検察官，検事 Scott Jaeger said.
Defence barrister Joanne Gallagher replied: "I'm happy to say that that's 譲歩するd. It's the 高さ of stupidity."

"Why would you do such a thing with the 乾燥した，日照りの 条件s that have been 勝つ／広く一帯に広がるing for all too long?" 司法（官） Hulme said.
The 連邦／共和国 Bank lawyer was supported in 法廷，裁判所 by a throng of 同僚s, friends and family and he was 述べるd as an さもなければ upstanding member of society and having a clean 前科.
Sun, wearing 刑務所，拘置所-問題／発行するd greens and appearing 経由で 音声部の-visual link from 刑務所，拘置所, dabbed his 注目する，もくろむs and became tearful as 詳細（に述べる）s of the 出来事/事件 at Sydney Park were heard.
It's 申し立てられた／疑わしい that about 9.45pm he lit a 花火, which he had 不法に 購入（する）d a week earlier, and then threw it over a 盗品故買者 into bushland, 点火（する）ing a small 炎.
It happened at a time when the 明言する／公表する was in the 支配するs of a bushfire 危機 and just two days before the NSW 政府 宣言するd a 明言する／公表する of 緊急 予定 to 壊滅的な 解雇する／砲火／射撃 条件s.
Sun ran off as bystanders stomped out the 炎 before he returned a short time later with water.
"He's a プロの／賛成の-social, la w-がまんするing young man and the 見込み of doing something as monumentally stupid as this again is almost nil," Ms Gallagher said.
Sun was 認めるd strict 保釈（金） 含むing that he live with his parents and not 所有する 花火s. He will 再現する in 法廷，裁判所 on February 28.
