There were 428 auctions in the NSW 資本／首都 over the last week, with a 通関手続き／一掃 率 of 79.9 per cent.
Melbourne enjoyed a successful week with 401 auctions with a 通関手続き／一掃 率 of 74 per cent.
However the only other 資本／首都 city to 記録，記録的な／記録するd a 通関手続き／一掃 率 of more than 50 per cent was Canberra, which had a 率 of 77.8 per cent on the 70 auctions over the last week.
The median house price across the 資本／首都s （機の）カム to $922,500 and $781,000 for 部隊s, によれば data collected by 核心 Logic.
Market commentator Kevin Brogan said the strength of the Australian 住宅 market will become more （疑いを）晴らす as 買い手s and 販売人s settle into 2020.
