Scott Morrison has "deliberately and callously" chosen not to have 行為/法令/行動するd earlier to clean up the 老年の care system, Labor leader Anthony Albanese says.
Mr Albanese will use a speech to the McKell 学校/設ける in Sydney on Thursday to lay 負かす/撃墜する Labor's values and 優先s ahead of next week's 連邦の 予算.

"He deliberately and callously chose not to do so. Indeed, this 政府 has received 22 報告(する)/憶測s into 老年の care in the past eight years and done little beyond cutting the 部門's 基金ing by $1.7 billion."
The 老年の care system needed serious 投資, 含むing better 栄養 for 居住(者)s, 改善するd 支払う/賃金, training and 条件s for staff, 最小限 staffing levels, a 厳重取締 on unscrupulous providers and a ratings system.
"A Labor 政府 under my leadership will 再構築する our broken 老年の care 部門 - 取り組むing the 全労働人口 challenges will be 前線 and centre."
With about 500,000 Australians 苦しむing from dementia, Labor is calling for 包括的な 改革(する) of the way it is managed.
Mr Albanese says this should 含む dementia care 存在 part of the formal training of all doctors, nurses and 老年の care 労働者s, dementia support leaders in all 老年の homes, dementia-friendly building 基準s and counsellors to help families navigate the コンビナート/複合体 system.
