Vanuatu's 議会 has 宣言するd a 気候 緊急, with the low-lying island nation's 首相 flagging a US$1.2 billion cost to cushion 気候 change's 衝撃s on his country.

"The Earth is already too hot and 危険な," Loughman said.
"We are in danger now, not just in the 未来."
