The Sri Lankan 政府 says it is 課すing the 割当s 予定 to higher 消費 in the wake of electricity and LPG 不足s

"We have no choice but to 登録（する） 消費者s at filling 駅／配置するs and give them a 保証（人）d 週刊誌 割当 until we are able to 強化する the 財政上の 状況／情勢," the 大臣 said.
"I hope to have this system in place by the first week of July."
He did not say how much 燃料 運転者s will be 許すd to buy under the new system.
Sri Lanka has been struggling with its worst 経済的な 危機 in １０年間s, with the country unable to 輸入する basic necessities such as food, 燃料 and 医薬 予定 to a 欠如（する） of foreign 交流 reserves.
In 中央の-April, the gov ernment ordered all 燃料 駅／配置するs not to pump more than four litres of 石油 for a motorcycle, five for a three-wheeler and 19.5 litres of ガソリン or ディーゼル for cars and SUVs.
Under that system, many 運転者s would 最高の，を越す up, drain 燃料 into cans to build a 衝撃を和らげるもの 在庫／株, and then return to the 列 for more.
This week, 列s at 燃料 駅／配置するs had become longer, with hundreds of cars and thousands of motorcycles waiting in line, いつかs for days.
Two weeks ago, Sri Lanka received a 出荷／船積み of ロシアの 天然のまま oil to be 精製するd on the island, but the finished 製品 from the Sapugaskanda 精油所 was いっそう少なく than a tenth of the country's daily 必要物／必要条件.
Around 90,000 tonnes of Siberian light 天然のまま was sent to Sri Lanka's 孤独な 精油所 after the 出荷／船積み was acquired on credit from Dubai-based intermediary 珊瑚 Energy last month.
The Sri Lankan 政府 has also approached Moscow's （外交）使節／代表 in Colombo to help 安全な・保証する direct 供給（する）s of ロシアの oil, Energy 大臣 Wijesekera said.
Sri Lanka defaulted on its $51 billion foreign 負債 in 中央の-April and has since opened 会談 with the International 通貨の 基金 for a bailout.
