Iraqi MPs from firebrand 聖職者の Moqtada Sadr's 圏 辞職する: 公式の／役人

Iraqi 国会議員s from firebrand Shiite 聖職者の Moqtada Sadr's 圏 辞職するd Sunday, the 議会の （衆議院の）議長 said, in a move designed to up 圧力 to end an eight-month political paralysis.
"We have reluctantly 受託するd the requests of our brothers and sisters, 代表者／国会議員s of the Sadr 圏, to 辞職する," 議会's （衆議院の）議長 Mohammed al-Halbussi said on Twitter after receiving 辞職 letters from the 73 国会議員s.
Sadr on Thursday had 勧めるd the MPs from his 圏 -- the biggest in 議会 -- to ready 辞職 papers, in a 企て，努力，提案, he said, to break the 議会の logjam and create space for the 設立 of a new 政府.
議会 in Baghdad ha s been in 騒動 since October's 総選挙, and 激しい 交渉s の中で political 派閥s have failed to (1)偽造する／(2)徐々に進む a 大多数 in support of a new 首相 to 後継する Mustafa al-Kadhemi.
Iraqi 国会議員s have already 越えるd all 最終期限s for setting up a new 政府 始める，決める 負かす／撃墜する in the 憲法, 長引かせるing the war-scarred country's political 危機.
議会の services were not 利用できる on Sunday evening for comment on the 憲法の 関わりあい／含蓄s of the Sadr 圏's move.
But Iraqi political scientist Hamzeh Haddad said that "議会 still needs to 批准する" the 辞職s "with an 絶対の 大多数" for them to 施行される.
議会の holidays began on Thursday and MPs are not scheduled to return until August.
The two Shiite 配合s -- the 連合 led by Sadr, and its powerful 競争相手, the 調整 枠組み -- have each （人命などを）奪う，主張するd to 持つ／拘留する a 議会の 大多数, and with it the 権利 to 任命する the 首相.
While Sadr counts on the direct 忠義 of 73 国会議員s, his wider 圏 also 含むs Sunni 国会議員s from the party of 議会の （衆議院の）議長 Halbussi and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP).
But the grand total of Sadr's 圏 of 155 still 落ちるs short of the 絶対の 大多数 needed in the 329-member 議会.
Sadr's move puts the onus for forming a 政府 on the 83 国会議員s of the 競争相手 調整 枠組み, which draws 国会議員s from former 首相 Nuri al-Maliki's party and the プロの／賛成の-Iran Fatah 同盟, the political arm of the Shiite-led former 議会の group Hashed al-Shaabi.
If the 議会の 行き詰まり cannot be broken, new 選挙s could follow -- but that would itself 要求する 国会議員s to agree on 解散させるing 議会.
国会議員s have already failed three times to elect a new 国家の 大統領，／社長, the first 重要な 行う／開催する／段階 before 指名するing a 首相 and the その後の 設立 of a 政府.
"If the 生き残り of the Sadrist 圏 is an 障害 to the 形式 of th e 政府, then all 代表者／国会議員s of the 圏 are ready to 辞職する from 議会," Sadr had said Thursday in a テレビ放送するd 声明.
