Some 介入 has happened at the 地元の level in Henan 州, where a bailout 基金 was 始める,決める up in 共同 with a 明言する/公表する-支援するd developer to help 強調する/ストレスd 事業/計画(する)s.

Chen Shujin at Jefferies Hong Kong said 地元の 政府s, developers and homeowners might also be able to 交渉する 利益/興味 権利放棄s and 中断 of mortgage 支払い(額)s for a 確かな period on a 事例/患者-by-事例/患者 basis.
