Burkina Faso's four-month-old 軍事政権 has 始める，決める 負かす／撃墜する a 詳細な計画 for "stabilising" the jihadist-torn country and enable the return to 非軍事の 支配する, によれば the 計画（する） seen by AFP on Thursday.

It has been struggling with a jihadist 暴動 that swept in from 隣人ing Mali in 2015.
Thousands of 非軍事のs, 軍隊／機動隊s and police have been killed, more than two million people have fled their homes and around 40 パーセント of the country lies outside the 政府's 支配（する）／統制する.

To 達成する this, the 計画（する） calls の中で other things for 活動／戦闘 to 削減（する） off sources of 供給（する） for the jihadists.
This would 含む 監視するing of sales of motorbikes, which the Islamists use for 引き逃げの attacks, 同様に as informal money 網状組織s.
By 2025, half of the country's 追い出すd 全住民 will have returned home, the 計画／陰謀 says.
