Two homes and a superyacht belonging to Equatorial Guinea's 副／悪徳行為 大統領，／社長 have been 掴むd in South Africa after a 地元の 実業家 告訴するd for unlawful 逮捕（する） and 拷問, a lawyer said Monday.
A high 法廷，裁判所 ordered the seizure of Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue's 所有物／資産／財産s, along with his superyacht ドッキングする／減らす／ドックに入れるd in Cape Town.
The orders arose from a 訴訟 by South African 実業家 Daniel Janse 先頭 Rensburg.
He said he had been unlawfully 拘留するd and 拷問d for 491 days in a 悪名高い Equatorial Guinea 刑務所，拘置所 when a 商売／仕事 取引，協定 went sour in 2013, his lawyer told AFP.
"We 大（公）使館員d (掴むd) two houses...in Cape Town in a formal 使用／適用 two weeks ago and the superyacht last Tuesday," lawyer Errol Eldson, told AFP. An 使用／適用 to auction the 資産s has been とじ込み／提出するd.
A Cape Town high 法廷，裁判所 in 2021 ordered Obiang -- the son of the アイロンをかける-握りこぶしd 大統領 Teodoro Obiang Nguem a Mbasogo -- to 支払う／賃金 Janse 先頭 Rensburg around 40 million ランド ($2.2 million) in 損害賠償金.

"When he got there, Angabi said 'we don't want to do this anymore, we want our money 支援する'," said the lawyer.
