New York-based lawyer Steven Schwartz わびるd to a 裁判官 this week for submitting a 簡潔な／要約する 十分な of falsehoods 生成するd by the OpenAI chatbot.
"I 簡単に had no idea that ChatGPT was 有能な of 捏造する，製作するing entire 事例／患者 citations or judicial opinions, 特に in a manner that appeared authentic," Schwartz wrote in a 法廷，裁判所 とじ込み／提出するing.

"The 法廷，裁判所 is 現在のd with an 前例のない circumstance," 裁判官 Castel wrote last month.
"Six of the submitted 事例／患者s appear to be 偽の judicial 決定／判定勝ち（する）s with 偽の 引用するs and 偽の 内部の citations," he 追加するd.
The 裁判官 ordered Schwartz and his 法律 partner to appear before him to 直面する possible 許可／制裁s.
- 'Ridiculed' -

He said his college-educated children had introduced him to ChatGPT and it was the first time he had ever used it in his professional work.
