Russia 警告するs of 黒人／ボイコット Sea 危険s after 穀物 取引，協定 出口

Russia on Tuesday 問題／発行するd a 隠すd 警告 over the 未来 of 穀物 輸出（する）s 経由で the 黒人／ボイコット Sea after 辞退するing to 延長する a 重要な 協定 許すing 安全な passage for 貨物 ships from Ukrainian ports.
The 警告 （機の）カム hours after ウクライナ共和国 said a ロシアの strike 夜通し had 損失d 施設s at the southern port of Odesa, one of the main 輸送 中心s for 穀物 under the 協定／条約 調印するd with the 国際連合 and Turkey.
"Without appropriate 安全 保証（人）s, 確かな 危険s arise here (in the 黒人／ボイコット Sea)," Kremlin 広報担当者 Dmitry Peskov said.
Were a new 協定 to 許す for 輸出（する）s "formalised without Russia, then these 危険s should be taken into account", he said.
Moscow's 侵略 last year saw ウクライナ共和国's 黒人／ボイコット Se a ports 封鎖するd by 軍艦s until the 協定 -- 仲買人d by the UN and Turkey and 調印するd in July 2022 -- 許すd 批判的な 穀物 出荷／船積みs to 再開する.
The Kremlin said it was 出口ing the 取引，協定 on Monday, after months of complaining that elements of the 協定 許すing the 輸出（する） of ロシアの food and fertilisers had not been honoured.
大統領 Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday said ウクライナ共和国 was nonetheless 用意が出来ている to keep 輸出（する）ing 穀物 経由で the 黒人／ボイコット Sea にもかかわらず Russia's 出口.
But Peskov put Moscow's position in stark 条件 when he said ウクライナ共和国 was using the 黒人／ボイコット Sea 輸出（する） 回廊（地帯） "for 戦闘 目的s".
Russia later told Turkey that the 調整 centre 監督するing the 取引，協定 would be 解散するd in the wake of Moscow's 出口.
外務大臣 Sergei Lavrov told his Turkish 相当するもの Hakan Fidan the 決定／判定勝ち（する） to やめる the 取引，協定 also meant Russia would 解除する "安全な 航海 保証（人）s" for 貨物 ships in the 黒人／ボイコット Sea.

Moscow said its strike on Odesa （機の）カム in 報復 for a Ukrainian attack one day earlier on the Crimea 橋（渡しをする）, a 重要な 輸送 artery linking Russia's 本土／大陸 to the 半島 別館d by Moscow in 2014.
The 橋（渡しをする） was 的d using seaborne drones by Kyiv's 海軍 and SBU 安全 service, a source told AFP.
Moscow's 軍隊s struck 支援する against "施設s where テロリスト 行為／法令／行動するs against Russia had been 用意が出来ている using 無人の boats", the country's defence 省 said in a 声明.
Kyiv's 軍の earlier said it had destroyed six Kalibr ミサイルs and 21 Iran-built attack drones 的d at the Odesa 地域, but that port 施設s were 損失d in an 強襲，強姦 夜通し.
"Unfortunately, the 破片 of the 負かす／撃墜するd ミサイルs and the 爆破 wave from the 負かす／撃墜するing 損失d the port 組織／基盤／下部構造 施設s and several 私的な homes," ウクライナ共和国's 軍の southern 命令（する） said in a 声明.

The Odesa 地域 is home to the 海上の 終点s central to the 輸出（する） 取引，協定 between Moscow and Kyiv that has enabled the 出荷／船積み of more than 32 million tonnes of Ukrainian 穀物 over the past year.

While Kyiv has 開始する，打ち上げるd a counteroffensive to punch through the ロシアの lines, Moscow's 軍隊s have also sought to make their own 伸び（る）s.

But ウクライナ共和国 has "a 重要な 量 of 戦闘 力／強力にする not yet committed," he said.
"権利 now, they are 保存するing their 戦闘 力／強力にする, and they are slowly and deliberately and 刻々と working their way through all these minefields, and it's a 堅い fight."
