Philippines orders 避難／引き上げs ahead of 最高の 台風 Doksuri

A 最高の 台風 swept に向かって the northern Philippines on Tuesday, the country's 天候 機関 said, 誘発する／引き起こすing 避難／引き上げ orders for 沿岸の communities 推定する／予想するd to 耐える the brunt of the powerful 嵐／襲撃する.
最高の 台風 Doksuri was packing 最大限 支えるd 勝利，勝つd of 185 kilometres per hour (115 miles per hour) as it 長，率いるd に向かって the northern tip of the main island of Luzon.
The 嵐／襲撃する, which is called "Egay" in the Philippines, was 推定する／予想するd to make landfall or pass very の近くに to the lightly 居住させるd Babuyan islands or northeastern Cagayan 州 by Wednesday, the 機関 said in its 最新の 公式発表 at 0300 GMT.
It would then move に向かって Taiwan and southeastern 中国.

"We need to remind our people the importance of 準備完了 against 嵐／襲撃する 殺到するs, strong 勝利，勝つd and also possible floods," Solidum told reporters.
Some 農業者s in the northern 州 of Isabela, 国境ing Cagayan, were seen 主要な their livestock to safety ahead of the 嵐／襲撃する.
"Those living on 沿岸の areas have been moved to higher ground," Isabela 地方の 災害 officer Constante Foronda told 地元の 無線で通信する 駅／配置する DZBB.
"Our water search and 救助（する） teams are now （軍隊を）展開する，配備するd in those areas most likely to be 影響する／感情d," Foronda said.

Boats, 含むing 木造の outriggers and 乗客 フェリー（で運ぶ）s that 供給する 輸送（する） between islands, have been ordered to shore in Luzon and central islands 予定 to 強風 警告s, 立ち往生させるing more than 11,000 people, the Philippine Coast Guard said.
By midday Wednesday, the 嵐／襲撃する was 推定する／予想するd to have 捨てるd more than 200 millimetres (7.9 インチs) of rain on the islands and the northern 部分 of Cagayan, 含むing Babuyan islands, 同様に as Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur 州s.

"The 州 has been on red 警報 status since Saturday and all 避難／引き上げ centres, 緊急 操作／手術 centres of each town, and 出来事/事件 管理／経営 teams are 活動させる／戦時編成するd," he said.
"Cagayanons are used to this."
