クーデター leader General Brice Oligui Nguema has 誓約（する）d to 手渡す oil-rich Gabon 支援する to 非軍事の 支配する after a 過度期の period
Seven months after bringing the curtain 負かす／撃墜する on the 55-year Bongo 王朝, Gabon's 過度期の 大統領，／社長 開始する，打ち上げるs a 国家の 対話 Tuesday touted as 覆うing the way for 選挙s next year.
General Brice Oligui Nguema, who was 速く sworn in after the August 30 クーデター, 誓約（する）d to 手渡す 支援する the oil-rich central African country to 非軍事の 支配する after a 過度期の period.
The international community has welcomed the steps taken so far and many Gabonese still regard Oligui as a saviour.

But critics point to the number of 関係者s from the 軍の and other 会・原則s -- and all 580 taking part were chosen by Oligui.
"The 基準 for 参加 must be reviewed," Lionel Giovanni Boulingui, an 公式の／役人 from the 対立 REAGIR party, said.
"They aren't inclusive."

Retired policeman Firmin said it had been a long time coming. "Each will give their opinion. We've waited for that for a long time," he said.

"It's not respectful of the parties' 内部の 僕主主義," Anges Kevin Nzigou of the Party for Change told AFP.

"Organising a 対話 and choosing who comes is a bit like having defined what will be said," said Guy Pambo Mihindou, a Libreville University 研究員 in political science.
The 対立 also complains about a 欠如（する） of （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） on how the 協議 will be 扱うd.
"The organisation of the IND is 存在 done in total opacity," Joachim Mbatchi Pambou from the 会議 for the Defence of the 共和国 said.

大臣 for the 改革（する） of Insitutions Murielle Minkoue said that 38,000 （民事の）告訴s and 提案s were received at offices or online.
Five days before the 対話 was 予定 to begin however, no 要約 of those 提案s had been made public.
Detractors say 決意／決議s from the nation al 対話 will not be binding, 含むing on the 未来 憲法 which 当局 say will be put to a 国民投票.
