N. African 交戦的なs 解放（する） ビデオ of French, Dutch 人質s
The North African jihadist group Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb 解放（する）d a ビデオ Monday 趣旨ing to show a French and a Dutch 人質 held since November 2011 in the Sahara.
In the ビデオ, 設立する on the Internet by the 私的な テロ行為 監視者 SITE, French 国家の Serge Lazarevic and a man identifying himself as Sjaak Rijke 控訴，上告 to their 政府s to 交渉する their 解放（する）.

Lazarevic, 50, who was kidnapped in the Malian town of Hombori in November 2011, appears in a dark headdress and with a 厚い 耐えるd in the 前線 of a 選ぶ-up トラックで運ぶ with a 黒人／ボイコット jihadist 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する behind him.
Speaking in French, he complains that he is 厳粛に ill and 勧めるs 大統領 Francois Hollande to 捜し出す his 解放（する）. Lazarevic last appeared in an AQIM 宣伝 ビデオ in June.

The 人質 who identifies himself as Rijke appears against the 背景 of a simple off-white sheet. Speaking in Dutch-accented English, he too 勧めるs his home 政府 to help 解放する／自由な him.
Rijke, 54, was kidnapped as a tourist in the Malian town of Timbuktu, also in November 2011. He has appeared in a 一連の AQIM ビデオs, most lately in September 2013.
The Dutch foreign 省 said it was aware of the 最新の ビデオ, which lasts いっそう少なく than four minutes. "In the 利益／興味 of the family we will not be commenting," a spokeswoman told AFP.
