Namibian PM 勝利，勝つs 大統領の 選挙 地滑り
Namibian 総理大臣 Hage Geingob and his SWAPO party won a 圧勝 in 大統領の and 法律を制定する 選挙s 法案d as Africa's first e-投票（する）, the 選挙（人）の （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 said Monday.
Geingob, 73, who ran on a 壇・綱領・公約 of "peace, 安定 and 繁栄", becomes 大統領，／社長-elect of the 広大な 砂漠 nation in 南西 Africa with a 大規模な 運ぶ／漁獲高 of 87 パーセント of the 投票（する）.
"It's the will of God that the people of Namibia （機の）カム out in big numbers and thought that I should take over," he said.

"I have a 激しい 責任／義務 that I cannot do only on my own. I will be a 大統領，／社長 of all Namibians. No Namibians will be left out."
In the race for the 立法機関, SWAPO took 80 パーセント of the 投票（する）, winning 78 of the 96 seats in the 国家の 議会.
Becoming the strongest 野党 in 議会, the Democratic Turnhalle 同盟 won five seats, with 4.8 パーセント of the 投票（する）.
The former main 対立, the 決起大会／結集させる for 進歩 and 僕主主義, saw its 百分率 of the 投票（する） 削減（する） from 11 パーセント in the last 選挙 in 2009 to 3.15 パーセント, winning just three seats.

Already an overpowering 軍隊 in Namibian politics, the party managed to 改善する on the 2009 選挙s, when it received 75 パーセント of the 投票（する）.

観察者／傍聴者s from the Southern African 開発 Community (SADC) also gave the 投票（する） their stamp of 是認.
野党s had 開始する，打ち上げるd an 11th-hour 法廷，裁判所 challenge just days before the 選挙 to stop the electronic 投票（する） from going ahead, 説 the use of the 投票（する）ing machines could 容易にする 投票（する） 船の索具.

About 72 パーセント of the 1.2 million 適格の 投票者s turned out to cast their 投票（する）s on Friday on nearly 4,000 electronic 投票（する）ing machines.

Like many of Africa's 解放 movements, SWAPO has become a big-テント party that （期間が）わたるs the political spectrum and often seems more 伴う／関わるd with intra-party politics than 投票者s.
