石油輸出国機構 says market 根底となるs don't 正当化する oil 急落（する），激減（する）
The rise in oil 供給（する）s on 全世界の markets does not 正当化する the sharp 減少（する） in 天然のまま prices, a 最高の，を越す 石油輸出国機構 公式の／役人 said Sunday, arguing 憶測 might be a contributor.
"We want to know the main 推論する／理由s that have led to such a 減少（する） in oil prices," said Abdalla Salem el-Badri, 長官 general of the Organization of the 石油 輸出（する）ing Countries.
"When we look at 供給（する） and 需要・要求する, there is a rise (in 供給（する）) but only a modest one that should not have led to this 50-パーセント 減少（する）," he told reporters at a 会議／協議会 in Dubai.

Badri said 石油輸出国機構 had kept oil 生産／産物 at about 30 million バーレル／樽s per day for the past １０年間, while countries outside the cartel had pumped an extra six million bpd.
