The American Civil Liberties Union, which had 支援するd Manning's 訴訟 需要・要求するing the 軍の 権限を与える 医療の services for a gender 移行, was "thrilled for Chelsea that the 政府 has finally agreed to 始める hormone therapy as part of her 治療 計画(する)," said Chase Strangio, an 弁護士/代理人/検事 for Manning.
