Delhi's new 長，指導者 大臣 公約するs to wipe out 汚職
Arvind Kejriwal 約束d to make Delhi India's first 汚職-解放する／自由な 明言する／公表する and end what he called its "VIP culture" as he was sworn in as 長，指導者 大臣 Saturday in 前線 of a 抱擁する （人が）群がる of 元気づける 支持者s.
The 退役軍人 anti-汚職，収賄 選挙運動者 also 誓約（する）d to stick out his five-year 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 and said he would not succumb to arrogance after his upstart Aam Aadmi (ありふれた Man) Party (AAP) won one of the biggest 選挙 victories the Indian 資本／首都 has ever seen.
Kejriwal dealt 総理大臣 Narendra Modi's 右翼 Bharatiya Janata Party its first major 敗北・負かす since last year's 総選挙 after 誓約（する）s to 取り組む 堅固に守るd 汚職 and lower 公共事業（料金）／有用性 法案s won over legions of working-class 投票者s willing to give him a second chance.

The 46-year-old former civil servant's first 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 as 長，指導者 大臣 lasted just 49 days and ended in 大混乱 when he やめる 正確に／まさに a year ago.

汚職 is a 抱擁する problem in Delhi, where many 国民s complain that they need to 支払う／賃金 賄賂s even for something as basic as getting a driver's licence, and the city saw the 出現 of a 抱擁する anti-汚職，収賄 movement in 2011.
Kejriwal also said his 政府 would eschew the trappings of 力／強力にする, 含むing the red beacons that 許す 上級の 政治家，政治屋s to glide through traffic in the gridlocked city.
"In developed countries, even PMs wait at bus stands. Why can't the same happen here?" he said.
"We want to end the VIP culture in this country."
Kejriwal also said people of all 約束s should live in harmony in the Indian 資本／首都, which has 苦しむd a 最近の 洪水／多発 of attacks on churches, 約束ing "strong 活動／戦闘" against 行為／法令／行動するs of 宗教的な 憎悪.

On Saturday he said that both the BJP and the 議会 party, which 支配するd Delhi for over a １０年間 before 苦しむing a humiliating 敗北・負かす at the 投票s, had paid the price for 存在 "arrogant".
"We must not let our victory go to our 長，率いるs," he said.
The new 長，指導者 大臣 was dressed 簡単に in a 海軍 sweater and trademark white paper cap 耐えるing the words "完全にする 自治" -- a 言及／関連 to his ambition to 安全な・保証する greater 自治 for Delhi.

Tens of thousands turned out for the open-空気／公表する 儀式 at the Ramlila ground where Kejriwal also chose to have his first 就任（式）／開始, in a break from the tradition of taking the 誓い in the 明言する／公表する 議会.
Many carried Indian 旗s and wore the white paper hats printed with the words 'ありふれた man' in Hindi for which the AAP party is known.
During his last 簡潔な／要約する 任期 as 長，指導者 大臣, Kejriwal famously 宣言するd himself an anarchist and s taged several street 抗議するs outside 政府 offices.
Before last Saturday's 選挙 he apologised for leaving 投票者s without an elected 政府 for a year, telling the Times of India daily that he and his party had "発展させるd".
Kejriwal appears eager to 事業／計画（する） a more grown-up image this time around.
He arrived at Saturday's 断言するing-in by car, after famously travelling by metro to his first 就任（式）／開始.
Posters at the 場所／位置 showed him dressed soberly in a shirt and jacket and without the trademark woolly scarf that earned him the 愛称 "Muffler Man".
