Lights out over Syria as war enters fifth year

"Syria is entering the dark ages, literally and metaphorically," said former British foreign 長官 David Miliband, now 大統領,/社長 of the International 救助(する) 委員会, which has joined with the 全世界の #withSyria 連合.
