US adapts 税金 支配するs to 扱う／治療する gay marriages 平等に
The US 税金 service has moved to rewrite 税金 規則s to make sure they 扱う／治療する gay marriages the same as 異性愛の marriages.
The US 財務省 and the 内部の 歳入 Service said Wednesday that they had 提案するd new 規則s to 確実にする that any marriage between two individuals, of whatever sex, "will be 認めるd for 連邦の 税金 目的s if that marriage is 認めるd by any 明言する／公表する, 所有／入手, or 領土 of the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs."
The move 答える／応じるs to the 最高裁判所's 目印 決定／判定勝ち（する） in June that 要求するd all 50 US 明言する／公表するs to 許す and 認める same-sex marriages, capping a 戦う／戦い of many years over equal marriage 治療 for gay couples.

The 提案するd changes will 確実にする the same 連邦の 税金 利益s go to gay married couples that 異性愛の couples receive, which can often be 重要な 貯金 compared with unmarried couples.
The new 支配するs would 許す the 条件 "husband" and "wife" -- used throughout former 税金 forms -- to cover both same-sex and opposite-sex spouses, they said.
But the 支配するs would not 扱う／治療する 国内の 共同s, civil unions, or other such defined 関係s as marriages under 連邦の 税金 法律s.
Before the 最高裁判所 判決，裁定, gay couples in some areas sought to 登録（する） as 国内の 共同s and civil unions ーするために 伸び（る） some of the 合法的な 利益s of opposite-sex marriages.
