The Organization of the 石油 輸出（する）ing Countries decided at its 会合 in Vienna on Friday against cutting the cartel's oil 生産（高） にもかかわらず 事情に応じて変わる prices and ahead of higher 生産／産物 from Iran next year.

Going into the 会合, 石油輸出国機構 -- whose members together pump out more than one third of world oil -- has 終始一貫して struggled to keep 生産／産物 at a 的 of 30 million バーレル／樽s per day.

However, while oil prices remain above the 現在の $40-a-バーレル／樽 level on world markets, 投資 in US 生産／産物 is 推定する／予想するd to stay resilient.
It is when oil goes under this level for a 支えるd period of time that new 投資 in shale 生産／産物 危険s dropping off, によれば Natixis bank 分析家 Abhishek Deshpande.
