Syria 停戦 calls 開始する after deadly jihadist attack

The Islamic 明言する／公表する group （人命などを）奪う，主張するd responsiblity for both attacks in 政権-held areas, which a 監視する said killed 120 people 近づく the 神社 of Sayyida Zeinab and at least 64 in the Al-Zahraa 地区 of Homs.

The 爆破s 近づく the 神社 示すd the deadliest jihadist attack since Syria's 衝突 爆発するd in March 2011, said the Syrian 観測所 for Human 権利s, a Britain-based 監視するing group.

広報担当者 Monzer Makhous told AFP the 会合 was 推定する／予想するd to continue for two or three days.

The HNC has said any 停戦 must 含む 準備／条項s for Russia, Iran and foreign 民兵 軍隊s 支援 the 政権 to stop fighting.

IS's attacks on Sunday drew sharp 批評 from Moscow, which said the 爆破s were 目的（とする）d at 土台を崩すing peace 成果／努力s.

"The atrocious 罪，犯罪s of 極端論者s are 目的（とする）d at 脅すing the 平和的な 全住民, subverting 試みる／企てるs to reach a long-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 political 解決／入植地 to the Syrian 危機," the ロシアの foreign 省 said in a 声明.

Moscow's 空気／公表する strikes have helped 政権 軍隊s make important 伸び（る）s, 特に in 最近の weeks around the second city of Aleppo.

But their 成果／努力s to take Aleppo city -- long divided into 政権- and 反逆者／反逆する-held areas -- were dealt a 後退 on Monday.

The road between Aleppo and the town of Khanasser to the southeast was the only way 政権 軍隊s and 非軍事のs living in 政府-controlled neighbourhoods of the city could travel to surrounding 州s.

If 政府 軍隊s are unable to 再度捕まえる the road, it could slow their 不快な／攻撃 in the area.
