The International 通貨の 基金 長，指導者 勧めるd on Monday oil-輸出（する）ing 湾 countries to introduce 税金s, 警告 that low 天然のまま prices are likely to stay for an "延長するd period".
湾 economies "need to 強化する their 会計の 枠組みs and reengineer their 税金 systems by 減ずるing their 激しい 依存 on oil 歳入s and by 上げるing 非，不，無-炭化水素 sources of 歳入s," Christine Lagarde told a 会議 in Abu Dhabi.
Lagarde, who was 指名するd to a new five-year 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 Friday at the 全世界の 緊急 貸す人, called for the introduction of value-追加するd 税金, "ideally a harmonised 地域の 付加価値税".
