Zimbabwe 掴むs unlicensed diamond 地雷s
Zimbabwe on Monday said it was 掴むing diamond companies that were operating without licences and had 拒絶するd an 申し込む／申し出 to join a 明言する／公表する 複合的な／複合企業体.
"Today the 政府 is taking over 地雷s in Chiadzwa and Chimanimani," 地雷s 大臣 Walter Chidhakwa told a news 会議／協議会 in the 資本／首都.
"The 政府 is hereby requesting the diamond companies to stop all 操作／手術s and shut 負かす／撃墜する all 過程s, to co-operate in the handover and 引き継ぎ／買収 and to すぐに vacate the 採掘 areas without any items," he said.

Zimbabwe last year ordered diamond companies, 含むing 共同の 投機・賭けるs with Chinese companies 採掘 gems in the eastern Marange, to come under the 保護 of the Zimbabwe 強固にする／合併する／制圧するd Diamond Company 政府 複合的な／複合企業体.
The company was formed "to 調査する, 回復する and sell all diamonds in Zimbabwe" に引き続いて 関心s over the 見えなくなる of diamonds and 貿易（する）ing on the 黒人／ボイコット market, leaving only little 歳入 trickling into 明言する／公表する coffers.
"It has since come to our attention that the 共同の 投機・賭ける companies have been operating 不法に as 許すs which had been 認めるd 満了する／死ぬd and were not 新たにするd over the last four or five years," Chidhakwa said.
The 政府 発表するd 計画（する）s last year to 合併する a total of six companies operating in Marange in the eastern Manicaland 州 - 含むing one wholly-owned by the 明言する／公表する - into a 選び出す／独身 （独立の）存在.

報告（する）／憶測s of 乱用s led to a 禁止（する） of gem 輸出（する）s from Marange between 2009 and 2011.
In 最近の years, the 政府 has pinned its hopes on the diamond 産業 to shore up the moribund economy but was 軍隊d to 改訂する its 発射／推定s downwards as 収入s fell short.
Diamonds were discovered in Marange in 2006, 製図／抽選 in thousands of small-time 鉱夫s hoping to get rich quickly.
