Beijing 持つ／拘留するs South 中国 Sea war games before 判決，裁定
Beijing has begun 軍の 演習s in the South 中国 Sea, 明言する／公表する マスコミ 報告（する）／憶測d Saturday ahead of a 判決，裁定 by an international 仲裁 法廷，裁判所 on a 論争 with the Philippines over the 戦略の waters.
The 海軍 Friday carried out "戦闘 演習s" with "live ミサイルs" between the Paracels and the southern Chinese island of Hainan, the PLA Daily, the 軍の's 公式の／役人 newspaper, said on its website.
明言する／公表する television CCTV broadcast images of 闘士，戦闘機 航空機 and ships 解雇する／砲火／射撃ing ミサイルs, ヘリコプターs taking off and 潜水艦s surfacing.

"The 演習 焦点（を合わせる）d on 空気／公表する 支配（する）／統制する 操作／手術s, sea 戦う／戦いs and anti-潜水艦 戦争", said the PLA Daily, whose article was reposted on the defence 省 website.
The 軍の manoeuvres come as the 永久の 法廷，裁判所 of 仲裁 in The Hague is 始める，決める to make its final 決定／判定勝ち（する） on Tuesday in the 領土の 論争 between the Philippines and 中国.
The PLA Daily however 主張するd they were "決まりきった仕事 演習s" and 関係のない to the 法廷，裁判所's 判決，裁定.

The Philippines said Friday it was willing to 株 natural 資源s with Beijing in the contested seas even if it 勝利，勝つs next week's 合法的な challenge.
Foreign 長官 Perfecto Yasay told AFP that 大統領 Rodrigo Duterte's 行政 hoped to quickly begin direct 会談 with 中国 に引き続いて Tuesday's 判決.
