Oman is the only 湾 Arab 明言する／公表する that is not part of a Saudi-led 連合 that has been 戦う／戦いing the Huthi Shiite 反逆者／反逆するs and their 同盟（する）s since March last year.
The sultanate has 仲買人d several previous 解放（する）s of foreigners held in Sanaa.
"It was a 犯罪の 操作／手術 for money," one 外交の source told AFP, without 明示するing whether any 身代金 had been paid for the woman's 解放（する）.
"She is 残り／休憩（する）ing and will remain in Muscat for two to three days."
ICRC spokeswoman Rima Kamal 拒絶する／低下するd to be drawn on the 身元 or 動機s of the kidnappers.
