Arab 地域's young people not a '義務／負債': UN
Arab leaders must 扱う／治療する the 地域's 100 million young people as an 資産, not a 義務／負債, the UN's 青年 （外交）使節／代表 said in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.
"This is a 世代 that is so willing to 与える／捧げる," but is beset by 障害s in the 22-nation 地域 疫病／悩ますd by 衝突 since a wave of Arab 反乱s 需要・要求するing 改革（する） 爆発するd after late 2010, Ahmad Alhendawi told the MiSK 全世界の 会議.
解放（する）ing 人物／姿／数字s from a 来たるべき 熟考する／考慮する, he said the 地域's 普通の／平均（する） age is below 25 -- but the 普通の／平均（する） age of Arab world 政治家，政治屋s is 58.

"This 地域 has the highest 率 of 青年 抗議する if you compare it to all other 地域s in the world," said Alhendawi, a Jordanian 指名するd to the 地位，任命する in 2013.
He said two-thirds of Arab women are looking for 職業s.
A separate 報告（する）／憶測 by the 国際連合 労働 機関 in August showed that Arab 明言する／公表するs count the world's highest 青年 失業率, above 30 パーセント.
全体にわたる, the 地域 needs to create 60 million 職業s by 2020, Alhendawi said.
Even though that 人物／姿／数字 seems unreachable, he said the 地域 should 設立する "an enabling 環境" which would make it easier for young people to start 商売／仕事s, and where they are seen "as an 資産, not as a 義務／負債".
At the moment, starting a new 商売／仕事 "is almost a 使節団 impossible", he told the 会議 which brings 商売／仕事 leaders together with young Saudis in a 企て，努力，提案 to 奮起させる their 関与 in diversification of the kingdom's oil-扶養家族 economy.
Alhendawi said young people's use of social マスコミ shows "they are 利益／興味d in politics and they are 利益／興味d in public life", though not in the formal 会・原則s of 政府.
He said the Arab world itself 含む／封じ込めるs the 解答s to its problems.
"This is our 地域," he told the hundreds of 委任する／代表s. "We have to 埋め立てる it."
The 会議, which continues on Wednesday, is organised by the MiSK 創立／基礎 which 目的（とする）s to 生成する 青年 率先.
