Mosul university was "central to the ISIS 化学製品 武器s program," Davis said, using an IS acronym.
"They have received 肯定的な 見本s; that is indeed what was going on there."
Davis said he was not aware of anyone having been killed by the 化学製品s.
"It was used まず第一に／本来 as an irritant and something to 脅す people," he said.
