Zambian gay 権利s 論争 爆発するs over football
The new 草案 憲法 of the Football 協会 of Zambia 含む／封じ込めるs a 条項 banning 差別 on grounds of 性の orientation, in line with 規則s from world 治める／統治するing 団体／死体 FIFA
A 提案 by Zambian football 当局 to 禁止（する） 差別 against gays and lesbians has kicked off a 論争 over homosexuality, which is 違法な in the country and 広範囲にわたって seen as immoral.
The new 草案 憲法 of the Football 協会 of Zambia (FAZ) 含む／封じ込めるs a 条項 banning 差別 on grounds of 性の orientation, in line with 規則s from world 治める／統治するing 団体／死体 FIFA.
But Zambian church leaders and 上級の football 人物／姿／数字s have attacked the 提案 as 土台を崩すing the country's devout Christian beliefs, which are 保護するd by the 国家の 憲法.
Zambia does not 暗黙に 禁止（する） homosexual sex, but it 無法者s "carnal knowledge of any person against the order of nature".
"Zambia is a Christian nation and any 指示／教授／教育s from FIFA which will confl ict with Christianity are not welcome," former FAZ (n)役員／(a)執行力のある 委員会 member Masha Chilemena told AFP.
"The FAZ cannot go against what is 規定するd in the 法律 of the land.
"If FIFA is to 課す 許可／制裁s on Zambia, we will play in the 地元の league."
International 連合 of Christian Churches (IFCC) 大統領，／社長 Simon Chihana told AFP that if FAZ agreed to a 条項 banning 差別 against gays it would be "招待するing the wrath of God".
"We are a blessed nation and we cannot 許す an individual or 会・原則 to bring the happenings of Sodom and Gomorrah here," he said.

Zambian 大統領 Edgar Lungu, who was re-elected last year, has spoken out 堅固に against gay 権利s, にもかかわらず 圧力 from 寄贈者 countries that 供給する 必須の 援助（する） to the country.

FAZ general 長官 Ponga Liwewe said that the 協会 would 確実にする its new 憲法 was not against Zambian 法律, 強調する／ストレスing that the 文書 was still at its 草案 行う／開催する／段階.
"When it is finalised, it will 反映する the 法律s of the country and the 法律 of football so that there will be no 衝突 between the two," Liwewe told AFP.
Human 権利s 選挙運動者s called on FAZ to take a stand against 差別, with the Engender 権利s Centre for 司法（官） group 告発する／非難するing evangelical churches of 行うing an anti-gay crusade.
"It is overzealous people, mostly Pentecostal movements, that ar e 誤って導くing the 政府 and the 集まりs," said ERCJ 事業／計画（する） 調整者／コーディネーター Paul Kasonkomona, who was 逮捕（する）d and acquitted four years ago after he appeared on television calling for homosexual 関係s to be decriminalised.
"The 憲法 says the 権利s of all should be 尊敬（する）・点d, so let the 権利s of the 少数，小数派 be 尊敬（する）・点d," he said.
"I don't think FAZ should feel that they are doing something wrong, they are not asking people to have sex. It's not a sin to be gay."
