Mexican mom 捜し出すs 司法（官） for son killed by US 国境 guard

Guadalupe Guereca wants just one thing: "司法（官）."
In a choked 発言する／表明する, the 59-year-old woman recounts the death of her teenage son, fatally 発射 on Mexican 国／地域 by an American policeman standing on the US 味方する of the 国境.
"He was taken away from me forever," the gray-haired mother said, sitting on the bed in her small home.
The 殺人，大当り of Sergio Hernandez Guerece will be 診察するd by the US 最高裁判所 on Tuesday, coming at a time when 大統領 Donald Trump has called for building a 国境 塀で囲む to keep out Mexican 望ましくないs.
The 狙撃 occurred June 7, 2010. The 15-year-old Hernandez was playing around with three friends in the 乾燥した，日照りの 河床 of the Rio Grande that separates the Mexican city of Ciudad Juarez from its Texan neighbor El Paso.
The four friends were racing up the 固める／コンクリート 堤防 to touch the barbed-wire 盗品故買者 on the US 味方する, and racing 支援する 負かす／撃墜する. The unmarked 国境 line runs through the middle of the culvert.

Their game bothered 国境 Patrol スパイ／執行官 Jesus Mesa, who managed to 得る，とらえる one of the troublemakers. He 目的（とする）d his gun and 解雇する／砲火／射撃d, striking Hernandez in the 長，率いる.
The teen died in Mexican 領土, and the US 司法（官） system has so far 妨げるd his family from 告訴するing the 国境 スパイ／執行官 in American 法廷，裁判所s.
Guereca 述べるd her son as a "very good" boy, 説 he was 極端に 大（公）使館員d to her as the youngest of her seven sons.
"We were always very の近くに," she explained, as her pale 注目する，もくろむs filled with 涙／ほころびs.

"I hope he has a change of heart and will let them stay there," she said.
"I am fighting for my son but also for other people who have 苦しむd in 類似の 事例／患者s," she said.
Hernandez's death is by no means the only one to have happened under 類似の circumstances.

Under the 橋（渡しをする） where trains pass between Cuidad Juarez and El Paso, a 記念の to Hernandez is painted on a column.
"Your mom and brother remember you," says a message inscribed on a blue cross 示すd with the date of his death. Another message 言及するs to the teen by his 愛称: "Viva Keko!"
