Guadalupe Guereca wants just one thing: "司法(官)."

In a choked 発言する/表明する, the 59-year-old woman recounts the death of her teenage son, fatally 発射 on Mexican 国/地域 by an American policeman standing on the US 味方する of the 国境.

"He was taken away from me forever," the gray-haired mother said, sitting on the bed in her small home.

The 狙撃 occurred June 7, 2010. The 15-year-old Hernandez was playing around with three friends in the 乾燥した,日照りの 河床 of the Rio Grande that separates the Mexican city of Ciudad Juarez from its Texan neighbor El Paso.

Their game bothered 国境 Patrol スパイ/執行官 Jesus Mesa, who managed to 得る,とらえる one of the troublemakers. He 目的(とする)d his gun and 解雇する/砲火/射撃d, striking Hernandez in the 長,率いる.

The teen died in Mexican 領土, and the US 司法(官) system has so far 妨げるd his family from 告訴するing the 国境 スパイ/執行官 in American 法廷,裁判所s.

Guereca 述べるd her son as a "very good" boy, 説 he was 極端に 大(公)使館員d to her as the youngest of her seven sons.

"I hope he has a change of heart and will let them stay there," she said.

"I am fighting for my son but also for other people who have 苦しむd in 類似の 事例/患者s," she said.

Hernandez's death is by no means the only one to have happened under 類似の circumstances.
