- 'Can't dally' -

Trump "wants to change his 前任者's 政策 ... and has the will to solve the problem, rather than 簡単に ignore North Korea's 願望（する）" for 会談, Lu Chao, a 研究 fellow at the Liaoning 学院 of Social Sciences told Chinese newspaper the 全世界の Times.
But if Trump hopes to 行為／法令／行動する on the 開始 中国 has given him, he "can't dally", Delury said.
He "has to 人物／姿／数字 out a way to move 今後 proactively with North Korea," he said. "You can't just sit and wait. The 状況／情勢 will get worse."
Waiting for the 許可／制裁s to bite, he said, "would be a big mistake. Because the North Koreans will just 押し進める 権利 through it".
