Austria 拘留するd Ukrainian oligarch Dmytro Firtash on Tuesday over 申し立てられた／疑わしい links to organised 罪，犯罪 in Spain, すぐに after a Vienna 法廷，裁判所 認可するd his 国外逃亡犯人の引渡し to the US on separate 汚職 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s.
Police took the gas 有力者／大事業家 into 保護／拘留 as he left the packed courtroom surrounded by his lawyers and 護衛s.

当局 in Barcelona had 問題／発行するd a European 逮捕（する） 令状 in November 2016, with マスコミ 報告（する）／憶測s 説 Firtash was （刑事）被告 of belonging to a 犯罪の organisation which had laundered 10 million euros ($10.5 million) in Spain.

The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs argues that its 法律s 適用するd because the 共謀 伴う／関わるd using US 財政上の 会・原則s, travel to and from the US, and use of US-based communications -- computers, telephones, and the internet.
Firtash was 逮捕（する）d in Vienna in March 2014, but 解放（する）d on a 記録，記録的な／記録する Austrian 保釈（金） of 125 million euros ($130 million).
He has 否定するd all 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s and 持続するd he was the 犠牲者 of a smear （選挙などの）運動をする.
His 合法的な team argued that he was caught up in a larger 戦う／戦い over the 未来 of ウクライナ共和国, where the 政府 has been engaged in 血まみれの fighting with ロシアの-支援するd 分離主義者s in the east since 2014.
A 地裁 in Vienna 味方するd with the gas 有力者／大事業家 in April 2015 and 拒絶するd the US request.
But the 控訴，上告s 法廷，裁判所 said Tuesday the US had 供給するd "十分な" proof that Firtash "may have committed the 罪，犯罪s he is （刑事）被告 of".
"(The 判決，裁定) means 簡単に that it's up to another country to decide whether he's 有罪の or not," 裁判官 Leo Levnaic-Iwanski said.
The move dealt a blow to Firtash who had said he would "return home すぐに" after the 判決, in comments made の直前に the 決定／判定勝ち（する）.
"I want 司法（官）," he told reporters in Vienna.

Firtash owns Group DF, a 商売／仕事 empire 伴う／関わるd in energy, 化学製品s, マスコミ, banking and 所有物／資産／財産 in ウクライナ共和国 and other countries 含むing Germany, Italy and Austria.
He made his fortune 輸入するing gas to ウクライナ共和国 from Russia and Central Asia 経由で his group Rosukrenergo, since 解散するd, in 共同 with ロシアの gas 巨大（な） Gazprom.
Having 支援するd the 2010 選挙運動 of Yanukovych, Firtash was able to 拡大する his 商売／仕事 利益／興味s, acquiring 化学製品s and fertiliser factories 同様に as TV channel の間の.
The ロシアの-支援するd Yanukovych was 追い出すd in 抗議するs in February 2014, and Firtash's 逮捕（する） in Austria （機の）カム soon afterwards, although 公式の／役人s 否定する any link.
