The number of people 逃げるing the fighting in the Iraqi city of Mosul is reaching new highs and the 条件 of the 追い出すd 非軍事のs is 悪化するing, an 援助（する） group said Saturday.
Iraq 軍隊s are 戦う／戦いing the Islamic 明言する／公表する group in the western half of Mosul and 近づくing a final 押し進める to root out the jihadists from their last redoubts in its Old City.
A large number of 非軍事のs -- around 250,000, によれば some 見積（る）s -- are still 罠にかける in west Mosul and can only 逃げる once the 安全 軍隊s enter their neighbourhoods.
"The final 押し進める by the Iraqi 安全 軍隊s to 奪い返す Mosul from (IS) has 原因（となる）d かもしれない the largest wave of 排水（気）量 since the beginning of the year," the Norwegian 難民 会議 said.
More than 20,000 逃げるing 非軍事のs were brought to a （軍の）野営地，陣営 for 追い出すd people in Hammam al-Alil, south of Mosul, on Thursday, NRC said, 述べるing that 人物／姿／数字 as "a six-倍の 増加する from the previous day".
"Everyone who is 逃げるing the city is in an 極端に 壊れやすい 明言する／公表する," said NRC's Iraq director, Heidi Diedrich.

NRC said that the 外傷／ショック hospital in Hammam al-Alil 扱う／治療するd more 外傷／ショック 負傷させるs on Friday than on any other day since it opened six weeks ago.
The few hundred IS 闘士，戦闘機s left inside the city are ますます using 非軍事のs as human 保護物，者s to defend their last pockets and hoarding the city's dwindling food and 医療の 供給（する）s.
Around half a million people are 現在／一般に 追い出すd as a result of the 不快な／攻撃 開始する，打ち上げるd by the 安全 軍隊s in 中央の-October to 奪い返す Mosul, which was the jihadists' last major bastion in Iraq.
