141 killed in south Libya airbase attack

An attack on an airbase in south Libya has killed 141 people, mostly 兵士s loyal to 軍の strongman Khalifa Haftar, a 広報担当者 for his 軍隊s said on Friday.
Members of the Third 軍隊 民兵 loyal to the UN-支援するd 政府 of 国家の （許可，名誉などを）与える in Tripoli on Thursday attacked the base used by Haftar's self-布告するd Libyan 国家の Army (LNA), 軍の sources said earlier.
LNA 広報担当者 Ahmad al-Mesmari late Friday said the 犠牲者s 含むd 非軍事のs who worked at the Brak al-Shati airbase or were in the nearby area, also 報告（する）／憶測ing that 要約 死刑執行s took place.
"The 兵士s were returning from a 軍の parade. They weren't 武装した. Most of them were 遂行する／発効させるd," he said.
The GNA said in a 声明 late Friday a （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 of 調査 had been 始める，決める up to 調査／捜査する the attack.
It said it had decided to 一時停止する its defence 大臣, al-Mahdi al-Barghati, and the 長，率いる of the Third 軍隊 from their 義務s un til those responsible were identified.
Both the GNA and defence 省 earlier 非難するd the 強襲，強姦 and said they had not ordered any such 活動／戦闘.
The まとまり 政府, the 競争相手 行政 in eastern Libya and their 各々の 支援者s are 戦う／戦いing for 影響（力） in the North African country which has been wracked by 大混乱 since the 落ちる of 独裁者 Moamer Kadhafi in 2011.
The LNA does not recognise the 当局 of the GNA, and instead supports the 競争相手 当局 based in the east.

The UN （外交）使節／代表 to Libya earlier on Friday 発言する／表明するd alarm at 報告（する）／憶測s of the attack on the base, 650 kilometres (400 miles) south of Tripoli.
"I am 乱暴／暴力を加えるd by 報告（する）／憶測s of 重要な numbers of fatalities, 含むing 非軍事のs and by 報告（する）／憶測s that 要約 死刑執行s may have taken place," UN （外交）使節／代表 ツバメ Kobler said in a 声明.
Britain's 外交官／大使 to Libya, Peter Millett, also 公然と非難するd the 強襲，強姦.
"Disgusted by attack on Brak al-Shati & 報告（する）／憶測s of 集まり 死刑執行s. 悪党／犯人s must be brought to 司法（官）," he wrote on Twitter.
The 出来事/事件 at the base in Wadi al-Shati 地区 comes a month after an attack by the LNA on the Tamenhant airbase controlled by the Third 軍隊 近づく the south's main city of Sebha.
That attack was called off after a 仲直り 会合 between Haftar and まとまり 政府 長，率いる Fayez al-Sarraj in Abu Dhabi on May 2.
The （衆議院の）議長 of the eastern-based 議会, which is supported by the LNA, （刑事）被告 the Misrata-based Third 軍隊 of a "serious 違反 of the 一時休戦 協定 reached in Abu Dhabi".
Aguila Saleh said there were a "number of 殉教者s" in LNA 階級s, without giving a 人物／姿／数字.
The （衆議院の）議長 said he had given orders for the 武装した 軍隊s "to take the 対策 necessary to 答える／応じる to the 強襲，強姦 and defend the south and 洗浄する it of all 無法者 民兵s".
In Tripoli, the GNA called for an 即座の 停戦 in the south, where tribes and 民兵s 争う for 支配（する）／統制する of lucrative 密輸するing 大勝するs with 隣人ing Chad, Niger and Sudan.
"We hope 推論する／理由 will 勝つ／広く一帯に広がる and that the escalation and 誘発 will stop," it said.
The まとまり 政府's defence 省 laid the 非難する on "those who started 爆破 Tamenhant base with 軍用機s and 戦車／タンクs", referring to Haftar's 軍隊s.
In new 暴力／激しさ on Friday, a プロの／賛成の-Haftar 部族の 長，指導者, Sheikh Ibrayek Alwati, and five other people 含むing a child were killed in a car 爆破 outside a イスラム教寺院 in the eastern city of Slouq, 医療の and 安全 sources said.
